Paul,
I am writing to confirm my satisfaction at the very professional approach to the work you have undertaken for me and for the skill exercised in the execution of the work.
As a chartered surveyor and director of a property development company, cityshape limited, I am constantly chasing building contractors and indeed professionals to provide the goods and services promised but not delivered on time, and it is most heartening to find that you arrived on time, finished well ahead of my estimate and ahead of your own and provided excellent advice on choice of cornice and also at a competitive price.
Many thanks,
Paul Marshall. Bsc MRICS

"We had a need to have coving installed into our Dining Room and Family Room
(ceilings 12.5'). We asked Paul to do the Dining Room. He quoted us a
reasonable price and stuck to it. He was punctual, clean, courteous and the
end work looked fantastic. We then asked Paul to undertake the Family Room
which also has a curved bay. This meant that reverse moulds etc had to be
constructed and the coving for the bay had to be built by Paul off-site. The
coving was then brought to site and installed in a seamless fashion with the rest of the coving for the room. Again, Paul met exacting standards with
excellent results and we would have no hesitation in recommending Paul or
employing him again."
We asked P and M Cork to supply and fit some cornice to a newly plastered room in a house we are renovating. They brought some samples for us to look at and were extremely helpful in suggesting which sizes would look best for the proportions of the room.As you can see the room looks fantastic. After seeing what a difference it has made to the front room we have asked them to do our living room.A big thanks to Paul and his team.
We have been using Paul to help us renovate and restore 2 homes over the last 7 years in Bedford. The quality of P and M Cork's work is exceptional, returning our Victorian house back to reflecting it’s original features either by restoration of the existing work or by putting back in replicas. Whilst working in the house they respect your property and over time have become a good source of other quality tradesman.
We are delighted to be a reference for Paul on his web site and would recommend him for the quality, value and timeliness of his work

Having had a new house built i was keen to have some plaster cornices installed into my house. My builder recommended P & M Cork having used their services on a previous new build. They proved themselves to be a reliable and capable sub contractor. Their work was first class and i would not hesitate in using them again.
I have a listed house dating from about 1820 in Barnsbury, Islington. I didn't want to lose the original cornice by getting a new one that in any case would never have been exactly the same and would have looked that bit 'too' perfect.
Paul came along, after quoting, and removed the 200 years of old paint in a few days with very little damage to the surrounding paintwork. The cornice turned out to be far more elaborate than I would ever have imagined. Paul also repaired some damage in the original detail by taking a mould from undamaged parts of the ceiling.
I was also extremely pleased that he kept to his quote."
